Medical Dermopigmentation

Scar Relaxation and Scar Camouflage

Micropigmentation procedures have the benefit of improving the look of scarring by breaking down the taut scar tissue and creating a more even-textured surface.

Advanced micropigmentation techniques can diminish and disguise scars from either surgery or injury.
We custom blend pigments that harmonise with the surrounding tissue and then implant them to make the scar less noticeable and reduce its contrasting, shiny appearance.
It is important to have a realistic expectation when undergoing this procedure.
Many people have imperfections and as a result of this a person's confidence, self-image and emotional well-being may be affected.

This procedure is ideal for scars caused from accidents or injuries, 'face lift' scars or scars from other surgical procedures. Generally one year after a scar has healed, pigment can be infused in the scar to help match the surrounding skin tone.

Areola Restoration & Recolouration

Micropigmentation can be done to reconstruct the aesthetic appearance of the nipple areola complex after reconstructive surgery.
Cosmetic tattooing with coloured pigments can be utilised to give woman back the aesthetic balance when she has undergone breast reconstruction.

This procedure can also be used to restore pigment balance and symmetry that may have been lost with aging.

After breast reduction surgery, any visible scars around the areola and breast can be camouflaged to blend in with the surrounding skin tone.

Pigment can also be infused to darken pale areolas, enlarge small areolas and redifine irregular areolas.
